Chapter 1
General

1.Short title

A Regulation to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts. WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:- Short title 1. This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill-tracts Laws Regulation, 1943.

2.Application of Act VI of 1908 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

Application of Act VI of 1908 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts 2. The Explosive Substances Act, 1908 , shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
