Chapter 1
General
1.Short title
A Regulation to apply the Securities Act, 1920 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts. WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Securities Act, 1920 to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; X of 1920 It is hereby enacted as follows:- Short title 1. This Regulation may be called THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1942
2.Application of Act X of 1920 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts
Application of Act X of 1920 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts 2. The Securities Act, 1920 , in so far as it Application is not inconsistent with the Chittagong Hill- tracts Regulation, 1900, (Reg. I of 1990), or with any rules made thereunder for the time being in force, shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-Tracts.
