Chapter 1
General

1.Short title

A Regulation to apply certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.. WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:- Short title 1. This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill- tracts Laws Regulation, 1942.

2.Application of certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts

Application of certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts 2. The enactments specified in the Schedule shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
